Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Care Coordinator to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will coordinate care with the team, organise shifts, and record medication and care plans.

You will assist induction and training of support staff, and liaise with health professionals, reporting to the Home Manager. NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or working towards it is expected.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with health professionals and record updates in residents' computerised care plans.
• Assist induction, training and supervision of support staff.
