Qualifications

• Experience working in General Practice (clinical or non-clinical).

Responsibilities

• Review, triage, and allocate online consultation requests in a timely manner.
• Provide cover for reception and admin colleagues during busy periods.
• Act as a point of contact for patients requiring additional support.
