• 2 years experience in a senior role for a Domiciliary Care Agency is preferable.
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.
• Knowledge of CQC / CI / CIW Compliance is essential.

• Manage the delivery of high quality care services and match Care Workers to Clients.
• Motivate and organize care staff effectively.
• Conduct care assessments and care reviews.

Skills

Experience working in a Domiciliary Care Agency
