Overview

A leading care provider in Bournemouth is looking to recruit a Care Co-ordinator to join their rapidly expanding team on a full time basis.

What were offering
  • A competitive annual salary of up to t25,364 plus on call payments
  • A permanent, full-time contract
  • Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with additional on-call duties
  • Occupational maternity pay, adoption pay & paternity pay
  • Occupational sick pay and death in service payment
  • All the above subject to terms and conditions
Responsibilities

As a Care Coordinator you will support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by line managing care workers including some field base work carrying out a range of functions in the field, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers. Due to the field-based elements of the role you must be a driver with your own vehicle.
