Join a supportive and passionate team at Nurseline Community Services, part of the Catalyst Care Group, providing exceptional person‑centered care across Bristol. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth service delivery, supporting both clients and clinicians, and contributing to the organisation’s growth. You will manage daily staffing operations, handle incoming queries, respond promptly, match clinicians to client requirements and maintain compliance with company policies and care standards. Working closely with the Transforming Care, Account Management and Sales teams, you will support business growth and client satisfaction. The role also includes participation in the on‑call rota.

Key Responsibilities
