Care Coordinator - Part time/ Full time

Mercury Care Services have been providing care to elderly and vulnerable people in England since 2012. Our team is rapidly growing and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing patient care plans, coordinating services, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care.

Supporting the Registered Manager in day-to-day activities, your role will include providing effective care to our individuals that use our services. If you love to provide exceptional care and support to those who need it most, then look no further!

Please note this is a Full-time role and we are currently unable to offer visa sponsorship.
