Job description
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Coordinator to be responsible for the efficient and safe running of the service, being responsible for:
- The Coordinator will conduct essential assessments and attend our client’s first call to introduce the care worker to the client
- To attend client care reviews
- Carry out spot visits and quality checks on the care received out in the field
- To work closely with Coordinators around changes to care schedules
- The Coordinator to ensure correct client/care worker matching for new clients
- To support team of Care Workers with supervision
