A community healthcare provider in Bromley is seeking a full-time Care Coordinator to join their team for a 12-month fixed-term position. This role involves triaging online consultation requests and supporting clinical tasks. Excellent organisational and communication skills are required. Candidates with experience in a GP practice will be favored. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £13 and ongoing training opportunities.

We are seeking a full-time fixed-term for 12 months Care Coordinator to join our amazing team.
Job share will be considered.
Therole will primarily focus on triaging GP online consultation requests,supporting the clinical team through prescribing clerk duties, and assistingwith wider administrative and reception responsibilities when required.
This is apatient-facing non-clinical role that requires excellent organisational skills,attention to detail, and a good understanding of General Practice processes.Experience of working in a GP surgery is essential, and experience withclinical triage systems is desirable.
This role would be suited to someone who has worked in a medical field.
