Job description

Immediate start opportunites for Care Assistants looking to be able to choose when they work. We have opportunities in a range of lovely care homes based in the Nottingham area for Care Workers with previous UK experience within the care sector.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with feeding, dressing, bathing
• Personal Care
• Helping with day-to-day activities
• Assisting with shopping, appointments.
• Providing emotional and physical support and care
• Being a companion and friend

Requirements

• You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
• Have a checkable work history
• Have up to date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training, with an added fee.
• Have an in date enhanced DBS check; if your DBS has expired, we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.

Compensation & Working Hours

Shifts are between 07:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. You will be paid £12.55 per hour whilst being able to accrue up to 28 days holiday pay starting from your first shift.
