Job summary

Alina Homecare is seeking care assistants to support older people in their own homes in Hemel Hempstead. You will assist with medication, meal preparation, shopping, cleaning and personal care.

We provide full induction training; role offers part or full time hours with shifts from 7am to 10pm. We offer competitive pay, paid travel time, mileage allowance, free uniform, DBS checks and opportunities for further training.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required as induction is provided.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings.
• Empathy and patience are essential for supporting service users.

Responsibilities

• Assist older people at home with medication administration as directed.
• Provide meal preparation, shopping, cleaning and personal care.
• Support daily living activities and monitor wellbeing as part of the care plan.

Our local branch are looking for care assistants to support the older people in their own homes. This role includes assisting someone with medication, food preparation, shopping, cleaning and personal care. We provide full induction training so experience is not essential.

This role is based on part or full time hours, we have calls between 7am and 10pm Monday to Sunday.
