Our service supports people living with dementia who are being discharged from hospital or struggling at home. Working for Stoke-on-Trent City Council is both exciting and rewarding, with generous annual leave, staff benefits and the local government pension scheme. In exchange for those essential, compassionate skills our superb team will provide you with high-quality training/qualifications and a team that are all striving for the same positive outcomes for our amazing vulnerable adults.
