A community care organization is seeking a Weekend Care Assistant to provide companionship and support for older adults. This role involves personal care, medication assistance, and light housekeeping. Ideal candidates will have a kind heart, a valid driving licence, and availability on weekends. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for students or those new to care work.

Contract: Zero-hours
Schedule: Both Saturday & Sunday each week
Hours: 5 to 12-16 per week
Shifts: Mornings (07.00–15.00) or Afternoons/Evenings (14.00–22.00)
Pay: £12.60/hour + £12.21/hour for travel time + £0.35/mile mileage + double time payments on bank holidays
Full Training Provided – including a paid induction and ongoing support. No experience required!
Professional Development – access to further training and Health and Social Care qualifications.
