Connected Health is seeking a Weekend Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes across Bangor and surrounding areas. You will receive accredited training and ongoing development, while delivering compassionate, high-quality care with a focus on independence and dignity.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; you must have a valid driver's licence and access to your own car.

Qualifications

• Experience in homecare is helpful but not essential.
• Good standard of English (written and spoken).
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and own transport.

Responsabilités

• Support clients in their own homes with daily tasks.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
• Attend training and development sessions.
