Helping Hands is hiring a Care Assistant to make a real difference in the homes and communities you love. You don't need previous care experience; full training, support and confidence are provided.

You'll assist with personal care, mobility and daily tasks, visiting clients in their own homes. Flexible shifts, paid mileage and career development help you grow with a purpose-driven team.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Kind, adaptable, people-first mindset; reliability and a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
• Support with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with mobility needs to keep customers safe and confident.
• Oversee and administer medication in line with care plans.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and meal preparation.
• Run essential errands, from food shopping to collecting prescriptions.
