Cera Care is seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant in the United Kingdom to provide companionship and practical support to those you help. You will assist with personal care, medications administration, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks while delivering empathy and reassurance to enhance daily living.

Training is provided through the Cera Academy, with opportunities to grow within the care team and to progress along industry-leading career pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is helpful, but full training will be provided.
• Kindness, reliability and a supportive attitude are essential.
• Ability to respect privacy and dignity of those you support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Support with medication management as required.
• Help with cooking and preparing hot meals.
• Carry out light domestic tasks and general household duties.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and joy to others.
