Overview

We are looking to recruit care assistants to join our dedicated team, who share our commitment to provide excellent person‑centred care. Open to UK residents without any restrictions to work in the UK. PSW and Dependent visa holders are welcome to apply.

No experience required.

Minimum requirements
  1. You must be over the age of 18.
  2. Highly motivated.
  3. Can work as a part of a team.
  4. Have a compassionate and caring nature.
  5. Have the flexibility to cover shifts as and when required, fitting in around your personal life and commitments.
  6. Reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and having a good sense of humour.
  7. Able to provide a wide range of basic care needs to residents living within our Care Home.
  8. Have your own transport as public transport is minimal.
  9. Willing to register with Social Care Wales and work towards NVQ/QCF level 2.
Pay & Benefits

Basic Hourly Day Rate: £13.50
Basic Hourly Night Rate: £14.00
100% Attendance Allowance: £0.50 Per Hour (Conditions Apply)
Additional shift worked: £17.00 per hour
Anniversary Bonus of £500 (Conditions Apply)
