Servoca Nursing and Care is seeking skilled Agency Care Assistants to provide compassionate support in Southport and surrounding areas. This temporary role offers flexible working patterns, building independence and quality of life for clients.

You will receive weekly PAYE pay, free training, and a dedicated consultant to help manage bookings via our app. Sponsorship is not offered; prior UK healthcare experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in UK healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor and record clients' health and well-being.
• Follow care plans and report changes to professionals.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Position Title: Agency Care Assistant

Location: Southport and Surrounding Areas

Employment Type: Temporary

Salary: Starting from £14.24 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay, bank holiday premium rates also available)

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Monitor and record clients' health and well-being.
• Follow care plans and report any changes in clients' conditions to the relevant professionals.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

About You

A successful candidate will have:

• 12 Month Minimum experience working in a healthcare setting in the UK

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
