Job summary
Madley Park House in Witney, Oxfordshire, is seeking a caring Bank/Carer to join our warm, not-for-profit home. You will support residents with daily routines and personal care, helping to create a safe, respectful and engaging living environment.
We offer induction training, ongoing development and a range of benefits. Shifts include 7am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, with pay £13.78 on weekdays and £14.78 on weekends. We welcome both experienced carers and newcomers to the field.
Responsibilities
- Support daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, toilet use).
- Provide compassionate care and companionship to residents.
- Assist with mobility and monitoring of residents' wellbeing.
