Dale Care Ltd is looking for Home Care Assistants in Redcar (TS6/TS10) with flexible shifts and no prior experience required. You will provide person-centred support to older adults in their homes, including personal care, meal prep, light tasks, and companionship.

Training is provided, with mileage paid and clear rota scheduling to fit your life. A driving licence and own vehicle are preferred for travel across the local area.

HOME CARE ASSISTANT – FLEXIBLE SHIFTS, NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Location:Redcar (TS6 and TS10)

Salary: £13.50 per hour - mileage paid at 30p per mile.

Position 1 - Week 1 - 7am - 3pm Friday, Week 2 - 7am - 3pm Monday, Saturday and Sunday

Position 2 - Week 1 - 3pm-11pm Monday and Tuesday, Week 2 - 3pm-11pm Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
