Prime Life is seeking a part-time Care Assistant for St Michaels Care Centre in Waddington, Lincolnshire. You will join a friendly team to support residents with daily living activities and companionship, in a home designed for comfort and dignity.
Full training is provided. Prior experience is helpful but not required. The role offers regular shifts across a 7-day week and benefits including DBS funding and a Refer a Friend scheme.

This role will be based at St Michaels Care Centre, in the heart of Waddington in Lincolnshire. The home has been specially designed to cater to the every need of 40 residents, living with a range of age-related conditions, physical disabilities and mental health conditions, and as such require dignified support from our caring team. Additionally, some of our residents live with Dementia. It is essential that candidates for this role are therefore patient, understanding and respectful of our residents' individual abilities.

To be successful within this role, you will have a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for our residents. Though prior experience as a Care Assistant or Support worker is desirable, this is not essential as full training is provided. Typically, our residents live with age related conditions, life-limiting health conditions and physical disabilities that require dignified support from our care team. It is essential that candidates for this role are therefore patient, understanding and respectful of our residents' individual abilities. Additionally, many of our residents live with dementia and as such an understanding of dementia would be beneficial.
