Your Role

You will support adults with diverse needs including physical disabilities, autism, cognitive impairments, and those requiring palliative care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Support with mobility and light physical activities
  • Assist with medication, nutrition, and hydration
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Follow Infection Prevention Control protocols and use PPE
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
  • Administer first aid (after training)
  • Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively
  • Use assistive technology and internal IT systems
  • Promote safeguarding and client well‑being
What We’re Looking For
