Ailsa Care Services in Grangemouth is seeking Care Assistants to provide personal care and companionship within a community-based Visiting model. You will work within a small local area with structured shifts and advance rota details.

No prior experience is required; full training and paid shadow shifts are provided. A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred to cover visits, but walking routes are available. You must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Willingness to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
