Job summary

Connected Health Group Limited is seeking a Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes in West Belfast. No prior experience required as accredited training and ongoing development are provided, with a focus on compassionate care and professional growth.

Night shifts run overnight from 10pm to 8am. We offer full-time and part-time roles, a comprehensive benefits package including a sign-on bonus, and a commitment to equality of opportunity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in homecare is helpful but not essential.
• Must have a valid driver's licence and access to own car.
• Good standard of English, both written and spoken.
• Must be available to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help clients in their own homes with daily tasks and support.
• Provide companionship and assist with personal care as needed.
• Support care coordination and report on client needs.
