Job summary

A local care home in Ryde is seeking dedicated Day Carers and Senior Carers to join their compassionate team. Responsibilities include supporting residents with daily living tasks and, for Seniors, administering medication and leading the team. Ideal candidates will have a passion for caring. Location: Ryde, PO33 2ET. Located close to bus & train links

Hours: Full & Part Time

Your Role

As a Carer, you'll support residents with daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity, and choice at all times, logging as you go.

As a Senior Carer, you'll take on additional responsibilities such as administering medication, supporting your team, delegation, and liaising with families and healthcare professionals.

  • A genuine passion for caring for others

  • Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential - full training provided
  • For Senior Carers: Previous experience is required
