Job summary

Runwood Homes Limited is looking for Care Assistants to join our dedicated team. You will support residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and share in meaningful activities that enhance wellbeing.

No prior experience is required, but empathy, a warm approach, and strong communication are essential as you help residents live life to the fullest in a kind environment.

Hours per week: 31.5 (10pm - 7am - 3 shifts week 1, 4 shifts week 2)

We do not require our Care Assistants to have experience although it is beneficial. We are seeking individuals whose empathy and warm-hearted approach stand out.
