A care home provider in Preston is hiring a Care Assistant for night shifts at Longridge Hall Care Home. Candidates should have a compassionate nature and the ability to work independently while ensuring the safety and well-being of residents. £12.38 per hour
38.5 hours per week, (3 to 4 shifts per week)
8pm-8am shift patterns, alternate weekends

With our dedicated Care Home Manager, Tracey, leading the way for over 10 years, we are committed to providing excellent care and support to both residents and staff.
We are seeking a Care Assistant who can provide exceptional, person-centred care while ensuring the safety and well‑being of our residents during the night hours. You’ll play a crucial role in creating a calm and secure atmosphere, allowing residents to rest and receive the support they need through the night.
*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘STREAM’.
