Job summary

A care service provider in the West Midlands is seeking a Care Assistant to provide high quality individualized care and support for residents. This role requires a flexible and caring attitude. No prior experience is needed as full training will be provided. Responsibilities include creating a safe atmosphere and promoting residents' dignity and independence. The position requires the right to work in the UK and is subject to a DBS check. This role offers nights with a flexible working pattern over a 7-day period.

Working Pattern

The working pattern for this role is over a 7‑day period, so full flexibility across this period is required.

Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residents privacy, dignity and independence at all times.

Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere; putting residents needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise our staff and residents will have different needs.

Training and Experience

No previous experience is required for this role as we will provide full training, therefore if this is your first role in Care we will support you fully. We do require you to demonstrate a flexible, hard working and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and a right to work in the UK.
