Job summary

Care UK is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for full/part time weekend work in a supportive setting. You will help residents stay active, assist with personal care and meals, and support personalized care plans in a caring, homely environment.

New carers receive extensive training via our Learning Academy and join a team that values care, passion and teamwork. We promote diversity and aim to fulfil each candidate's potential within a rewarding career.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate nature and good communication.
• Ability to work with residents to support independence.
• Willingness to learn and develop through training.

Responsibilities

• Help residents maintain independence and participate in daily activities.
• Assist with personal care and mealtimes.
• Assist in creating personalised care plans and goals.
• Encourage residents to engage in activities in a homely environment.
