Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is hiring a Care Assistant for night shifts (9:30 pm – 7:30 am), 30 or 40 hours per week, with a two-week rolling rota. You will help residents with personal care, meals, and everyday activities in a compassionate, respectful way.

Full training is provided, and there are clear career progression opportunities within the organisation. This role emphasizes building trust with residents, being a good listener, and contributing to a supportive living environment.

• No prior care experience required; training provided through our development program.

Responsibilities
