Job responsibilities

Package Description:

Shift pattern details; Typical Shifts 8pm-8am will include working alternative weekends

As part of the care team, focus on delivering high standards of personal care and ensuring continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents in all personal hygiene care, maintaining optimum independence, dignity and respect, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, acting courteously towards residents and visitors, and practicing safe systems of work across the range of tasks.

  • Assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times.
  • Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, signs of infections and escalation of identified risks in a timely manner.
  • Acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
  • Practising safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
About the role

We are now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Assistant. Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
