The role involves delivering high standards of personal care and working closely with the care team to ensure service continuity. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene care, recognizing clinical risk areas, and acting courteously toward residents and their visitors. The position does not require prior experience, as we provide a thorough induction and training program. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to various responsibilities as needed. A DBS Disclosure check will be required, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK must be provided.
