A prominent health and social care provider in Greater London is seeking a Night Care Assistant to deliver high-quality care services within care homes. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care, promoting independence, and providing companionship. Ideal candidates should have a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or a willingness to train, alongside a compassionate mindset. This role involves working on a rolling rota of 42 hours per week, including weekends.
The role of Night Care Assistant will involve the delivery of Care Services within our Care Homes to excellent standards. This post is working an average of 42 hours per week on a 2 week rolling rota, including some weekends on a 12 hour rota basis from 8pm to 8am. 4 days in week one, 3 days in week 2.
