Job summary

Care UK is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care and meals in a warm, homely home. You will help residents stay active, discuss their goals and contribute to personalised care plans, all while upholding our values of care, passion and teamwork.

We provide comprehensive training via our Learning Academy and opportunities to develop through our apprenticeship scheme, with wellbeing support and access to discounts and wellbeing resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing personal care and supporting residents.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
• Willingness to engage residents in activities and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
