As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to residents, contributing to the care team, and ensuring continuity of services. You will be part of a close-knit team that values respect, compassion, and a shared commitment to exceptional care.
Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will be expected to practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
Shift Pattern: 8am - 8pm. This role involves supporting the people who care for our residents and requires a compassionate, dedicated approach. Avery offers a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence within the role, with opportunities to learn and develop throughout your career.
