Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Assistant for nights to join our team in England. The role covers dignified personal care, assistance during meals, and supportive companionship for residents in a compassionate, person-centered way.

You will work 36 hours per week across three 12-hour night shifts. We offer a real living wage and extensive benefits, including online GP access, pension contributions, and career development opportunities.

Job description

Care Assistant (Nights) -36 Hours per Week
Shift Pattern:

8:00pm – 8:00am
Hours: 36 hours per week (3 x 12-hour night shifts)

As a Care Assistant, you’ll bring compassion, energy, and fun to our residents. Your role includes providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and provide sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of people’s lives. Beyond physical care, you’ll also be a comforting and attentive listener.
