Job summary

Anchor is hiring a dedicated Care Assistant in the United Kingdom. This full-time role (36.75 hours per week) follows a rotating night-shift pattern, delivering compassionate personal care, assisting during meals, and providing respectful support to residents in later life.

No prior care experience is required; Anchor is accredited by Skills for Care and offers a best-in-class learning and development program to train you to Level 2 qualification and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Provide dignified personal care to residents.
• Assist during mealtimes and daily activities with sensitivity.
• Be an attentive and comforting listener to residents.
• Support residents with various aspects of their lives as needed.

Job description

Hours: 36.75 hours per week. This is a full-time position working a rotating shift pattern of three night shifts in week one and four night shifts in week two.
