Job summary

Care UK is seeking a caring Care Assistant to support residents during the 8pm–8am shift at Bluebird Way, Brough. You’ll help residents stay active, assist with personal care and meals, and contribute to personalised care plans in a homely environment.

The Role

• 8pm - 8am
• Working 3 on, 3 off rolling rota pattern
• Helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible
• Support residents with personal care and mealtimes
• Helping identify residents' unique goals and implement personalised care plans
• Supporting residents to explore new interests and engage in physical activities in a motivating and homely environment
