Home Instead, Inc. in Newry is seeking a compassionate Care Professional for morning, part-time shifts to support older clients in their own homes. You will provide non-medical care and companionship, helping with daily tasks and ensuring safety and comfort in a home setting.

Care Assistant - Newry - Morning Part Time

As a Care Professional, you willprovide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.

With no two visits are the same, daily tasks can range from:

• Assisting with personal care, helping your client wash and dress.
• Meal preparation and light house work
• Accompanying your client to appointments

Does this sound like the role for you?

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
