Flexible, Local work within the Alfreton Area for experienced Care Assistants!

We have a fantastic opportunity for flexible work in a friendly care home offering short-term residential support to elderly residents with a variety of age-related conditions.

In this role, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team to deliver personalised care tailored to each resident’s individual needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care to both male and female residents.
• Assisting with mobility using equipment such as hoists, slings, and rotundas.
• Serving meals based on dietary requirements.
• Completing light domestic duties.
• Recording basic information such as fluid intake.

We’re looking for a dependable and adaptable individual who is available at short notice to help cover sickness and holidays. If you’re passionate about quality care and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

To be suitable for this position you must have:

• An Enhanced DBS Certificate that is registered on the update service.
• Up-to-date mandatory training.
• Full up-to-date CV with employment history.
• At least 2 years referenceable experience working within formal care settings.
• Be able to provide reference details for two previous care employers, including the most recent employer.

You will be working from 07:00 to 14:15 on days throughout the week.

You will be paid £12.21 per hour, increasing to £13.33 per hour after 13 weeks.
