Job summary

Cera is hiring a Care Assistant in Merthyr Tydfil to support individuals with compassion and dignity. You'll provide personal care, accompany clients, and help with daily tasks while completing training through the Cera Academy.

You'll focus on meaningful interactions, building trust, and contributing to a safe, respectful home environment. We value empathy, reliability, and a willingness to learn within a supportive team.
