Launton Grange Care Home near Bicester is recruiting a Care Assistant to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents, promoting dignity and independence. You will assist with daily living tasks and follow care plans in a supportive team.

Open to both experienced carers and newcomers, full training and ongoing development are provided to support your journey in a caring, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living including personal care, mobility and nutrition.
• Support emotional wellbeing and provide companionship.
• Follow care plans and monitor changes in residents' conditions.
• Work as part of a supportive team to create a warm, respectful environment.
