Cera Care is hiring a dedicated Care Assistant to support service users with compassion and respect. You’ll help with personal care, meals, medication management, and daily tasks, while also providing companionship and reassurance that improves their quality of life.

We provide comprehensive training through the Cera Academy, ongoing development, and a supportive team. This is a hands-on role where empathy makes the difference in people’s everyday lives.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care including washing and dressing
• Managing medications as needed
• Cooking or preparing meals
• Helping with domestic tasks and daily routines
• Providing companionship, reassurance and joy to those you care for
