Job summary

Radfield Home Care is seeking a Male Care Assistant for Caterham, Oxted and Edenbridge. This part‑time bank role offers probationary pay and progression to higher hourly rates after probation. You will be supported by a welcoming team and DBS checks are part of the process.

Applicants must be over 18, have a full UK driving licence with vehicle access, and the right to work in the UK. No prior experience required—training and development available within a friendly, local company.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support with daily living tasks.
• Help clients maintain independence and wellbeing in Caterham, Oxted and Edenbridge.
• Follow care plans and document observations as required.

Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 during probation. £15.00 - £22.50 per hour on completion of probation

• You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Caterham, Oxted and Edenbridge as a care assistant.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
