Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience is required.
• Complex care experience is preferred.
• Ability to support patients with various symptoms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support a client with vascular dementia and heart disease.
• Go for daily walks with the client and her dogs.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Monitor and record vital signs after training.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prompt or assist with medication as trained.
• Follow care plans and report any concerns.
