Home Instead Charnwood are expanding our team! We are looking for people who have a kind, nurturing nature looking for fulfilling and rewarding work with good career progression. If you don't have formal care experience but are interested in improving people's lives, we would love to hear from you. We work in a person-centred way and we really make a difference to the lives of clients.

We endeavour to support a good work life balance as we understand how import this is, so we strive to give all caregivers a minimum of 2 days off a week. Due to this we do ask for availability to work alternate weekends.

What we can offer:

• Competitive pay rate of Monday - Friday £12.50 and weekend £14 with double pay on bank holidays

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Companionship – this could be run errands together or enjoying a cuppa together
• Domestic duties – helping with housework such at cleaning and laundry
• Cooking and preparing meals
• Helping with personal care
