Job summary

Safi Homecare is recruiting experienced Care Assistants for our North Charnwood team, covering Loughborough, Shepshed and surrounding villages. You will work in the community, visiting the same service users each week in a familiar area.

We build local rounds with travel time between calls paid and mileage reimbursed. A nurse-led setup supports you with clinical concerns, and opportunities for progression into senior roles.

Qualifications

• Previous paid experience in care community, residential, supported living or hospital.
• Confident with personal care and comfortable working alone in someone's home.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care with dignity.
• Medication prompting and administration.
• Assisting with meals, mobility and daily living tasks.
• Light housekeeping and shopping as needed.
• Clear, accurate recording on our digital care system.
