Home Instead is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant in Lichfield for part-time shifts in the mornings and evenings. You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and help clients remain independent at home while upholding dignity and respect.

The role involves personal care, meal preparation, light housework, and accompanying clients to appointments, with Mileage paid and full training provided. You’ll join an award-winning team known for a friendly, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.

Our CARE Professionals come from all walks of life. Some have worked in care before but the majority have cared for a family member or friend, and wish to provide that support to others in the community. Through our nurturing and one-to-one support, our amazing CARE Professionals quickly make a huge difference in their clients' lives, as well as enjoying the personal rewards that caregiving brings.

Full Driving licence is required for this role.
