Bluebird Care Cornwall North is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team. You will support clients to remain independent at home, delivering personal care, meal prep, medication support and light housekeeping with a compassionate, patient-first approach.

We offer full induction, ongoing training, 28 days annual leave pro rata, a monthly attendance bonus and a Health Cash Scheme after probation. A full UK driving licence and vehicle access are preferred.

• Carry out light housework and maintain a clean home environment.
• Be a dependable, friendly face for customers and provide ongoing support.
• Participate in full induction and ongoing expert training; PPE provided.

Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
• Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
• Full induction and ongoing expert training
• Uniform and PPE provided
• Regular support and ongoing career development

Requirements

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
