Highgate Care in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Care Assistant to join our small, compassionate team at Springfield Manor. You will support residents with daily living, promote dignity, and help create a warm, person-centred home.

The role is permanent, full-time (44 hours per week) with some evenings and weekends. We value kindness, reliability, and teamwork, and provide training and ongoing development in a supportive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities such as washing, toileting, dressing.
• Assist with physical, emotional and spiritual care while preserving comfort and dignity.
• Monitor residents with limited mobility and assist using aids as needed.
• Observe care planning needs and document daily records following policies.
