Job summary

Destinydot.com is seeking a Care Assistant to support individuals living at home through our Community Access & Supported Living program. You will provide personal care, companionship, and help clients remain independent in their own homes.

Shifts include 6:30 AM–2:30 PM and 3:30 PM–10:30 PM. Sponsorship is available; a driving licence and own car are preferred. Salary is £13–£20 per hour with 28 days annual leave and mileage paid between calls.

Responsibilities

• Helping people with personal care, meal preparation and medicine
• Companionship and emotional support
• Assisting customers to maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Assisting clients with activities of daily living
• Assisting people to attend medical appointments, social engagements or leisure activities

Shift Patterns:

Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 10:30 PM

As a Community Access & Supported Living Care Worker you will assist people to live independently and improve their quality of life in their own homes and the community.

Home Care Duties:
